PhD-candidates WANTED – H2020-MSCA-ITN “LimnoPlast”

The project LimnoPlast “Microplastics in Europe’s freshwater ecosystems: from sources to solutions”, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 MSCA programme, is looking for applicants for 15 fully funded PhD positions for early-stage researchers (ESR).

The project is highly transdisciplinary and is seeking early-stage researchers from a large variety of research fields such as:

-Social science
-Psychology
-Ecology
-Economics
-Environmental Engineering
-Biology
-Polymer Chemistry
-Law
-Eco Toxicology
-Environmental Sciences
-Technology
-Material Science

LimnoPlast aims at developing innovative solutions to the global challenge posed by microplastics. Believing that the problem can only be tackled with a wholistic view, the project brings together more than 20 project partners from different research fields in order to transform a new understanding of freshwater microplastics to innovative solutions.
